Apple iPhone 14 Pro Series Will Have A16 Bionic Processor, iPhone 14 Will Disappoint

Tech giant Apple will unveil its new iPhone series in a few months. In such a situation, many information about the upcoming iPhone 14 series is being leaked online before the launch. For example, four phones will debut under this series, with the ‘Pro’ model in terms of specifications, with a leading tech reviewer claiming that there will be several differences between the two regular models. For example, the upcoming series iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will use the company’s new A16 Bionic (A16 Bionic) chipset. The report says that the non-Pro models, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max, will come with last year’s A15 Bionic chipset. Also, the exterior design of this upcoming series is expected to be quite different from the previous series.

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said on microblogging site Twitter that Apple will launch four new iPhone models in the second half of 2022, and these models could be named – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro. Max. Out of which the standard models of the series iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro can have a 6.1-inch display. On the other hand, two ‘Max’ models, namely – iPhone 14 Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max – will be brought with a 6.7-inch display, it has been claimed. Incidentally, there is speculation that Apple will discontinue the ‘Mini’ model under its series, replacing it with another model called the ‘Max’.
However, in another tweet, Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that only the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max phones will use the company’s latest A16 Bionic processor. The other two models in the series, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max, will come with the A15 Bionic chipset, which was first launched alongside the iPhone 13 series last year. Also, in an earlier report, all four models were “probably coming with 8GB of RAM”. However, a recent report suggests that the Pro models may support 8GB of RAM. Kuo further said that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will come with LPDDR5 RAM and the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will come with LPDDR4X RAM.
Furthermore, an earlier report on Apple’s upcoming series states that the iPhone 14 series will be brought with Apple’s ‘Promotion’ display feature, which will offer a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. However, another analyst claims that the company will only offer a 120Hz refresh rate display for the Pro variant of the series. There are also rumors that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will come with a pill-shaped hole punch cutout design.
