OnePlus’s most affordable 5G smartphone OnePlus Nord N10 and Nord CE 5G launched this year with OxygenOS 10 based on Android 10 out of the box and it is yet to receive OxygenOS 11 on Android 11. The company has started pushing a new OxygenOS update for these devices

OnePlus Nord N200 5G January 2022 Security Patch

n June 2021 OnePlus launched the Nord N200 5G smartphone in US and Canada. The device features a Snapdragon 480 SoC and a 90Hz display with a cheaper price tag than the OG Nord. The OnePlus Nord N200 5G runs OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11.

The Company has already confirmed that the device will get one major software update, presumably OxygenOS 12-based Android 12, considering it ships with Android 11. Additionally, OnePlus will also provide three years of “maintenance updates” to the N200. Read more

OnePlus Nord, Nord 2, and Nord N100 updated February 2022 Security patch

OnePlus has started rolling out a new OTA update for OnePlus Nord, Nord 2, and Nord N100 smartphones users. The new update is rolled out to Europe, North America, and India. The latest update brings the Android February 2022 security patch for all three devices.

OnePlus Nord and Nord N100 come with OxygenOS 11.0.4 for EU and OxygenOS 11.0.5 for the NA region. While the Nord 2 gets the update DN2103_11_A.17 for EU and NA variants, the update for Indian units has the firmware number DN2101_11_A.17 which adds February 2022 security patch. Read more
